Project Description: Robbins, Stout and UTEP established our successful and lasting relationship in 2001 when Bio Channel Classic was specified and installed for the floor replacement in the historic Don Haskins Center at UTEP. In 2002, a finish issue required Stout and Robbins to step up and replace the maple flooring. UTEP experienced no loss of income or events scheduled. Stout has performed all annual maintenance. In August of 2013, a boiler burst and flooded the floor. Stout was given the verbal ok to remove the floor and an emergency PO was issued to sole source Robbins and Stout. We used a paint/sealer method to create the orange stain look..
